There is no free tier. Every workspace instead starts with a free 7-day trial of Starter, so you can add real competitors and read real signals before deciding.
The workspace asks for a subscription before you can carry on using it. Nothing is deleted — pick a plan and your competitors, signals and reports are exactly where you left them.
One company, however many of its pages, feeds and profiles we watch on your behalf. Starter covers 3 competitors, Pro covers 10, and Enterprise is unlimited.
Starter includes 2 seats and adds $5 per month for each additional one. Pro and Enterprise come with unlimited seats, so the whole team can read the same intel without changing what you pay.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or switch billing period whenever you like. An upgrade applies immediately; a move to a smaller plan is scheduled and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Around 20%. You can move between monthly and annual billing at any time, and the switch is applied from your workspace settings.
Enterprise is quoted per organisation, based on how many competitors you track and which controls you need — SSO, audit log, custom integrations and a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Get in touch and we will scope it with you.
