Roadmap

What we are building next

Embase ships continuously. Here is where the product is heading over the next four quarters — the themes we have committed to, and the concrete work behind each one.

Dates are intentions, not promises. Priorities move when customers tell us they should — we would rather slip a quarter than ship the wrong thing.

    Delivery on your terms

    In progress

    Export configuration & customization

The unified export flow is live on every surface. Next it becomes configurable: decide what goes into a document, how it looks and where it lands — once, for the whole workspace.

    • Branded PDF templates — your logo, accent colour and cover page on every report and battle card
    • Section-level control: pick exactly which blocks a report, battle card or competitor profile exports
    • Saved export presets shared across the workspace, so the layout is decided once and reused by everyone
    • Recurring exports on a schedule, delivered straight to email, Slack, Teams or a webhook
    • Formats beyond PDF — slide decks for the board, CSV and XLSX for the raw signal data

    More integrations

Slack, Microsoft Teams, webhooks and MCP are live today. The next wave puts Embase inside the CRM, the wiki and the issue tracker your team already opens every morning.

    • HubSpot and Salesforce: battle cards and competitor context attached to the deal record
    • Notion and Confluence: competitor pages that stay current on their own, with no copy-paste
    • Jira and Linear: turn a signal into a ticket without leaving the feed
    • Discord and Google Chat delivery, alongside Slack and Teams
    • An integration directory with one-click connect and per-stream routing for every provider

    Intelligence everywhere your team works

    Up next

    Embedded widgets

Competitive intelligence belongs where the decision is made. Embed a live Embase view in your wiki, intranet or internal dashboard — readable by the whole company, no seat required.

    • Embeddable widgets for competitor profiles, signal feeds, battle cards and the positioning map
    • Signed embed tokens, scoped per widget with an expiry — read-only by construction, revocable in one click
    • A theming API: light or dark, your accent colour, compact or full density
    • A copy-paste iframe snippet plus a JavaScript SDK for custom placements
    • Widget analytics, so you can see which views your org actually opens
  3. Q1 2027

    Ask your competitive data anything

    Planned

    Vibe chat AI

A conversational analyst on top of everything Embase has collected for your workspace. Ask the question the way you would ask a teammate, and get an answer that shows its work.

    • Natural-language questions across every competitor, signal, report and battle card you track
    • Every answer cites the signals and sources behind it — no claim without a link
    • Actions from the chat: generate a battle card, draft a report, add a competitor, change a schedule
    • Shared threads, so a question asked once becomes team knowledge instead of a private lookup
    • Available in all 11 interface languages and through your existing MCP client
  4. Q2 2027

    Embase in your pocket

    Exploring

    Mobile app

The last mile of competitive intelligence is the five minutes before a call. Native apps put the signal feed and the battle card in the pocket of the person who needs them.

    • Native iOS and Android apps on the same org-scoped API as the web workspace
    • Push notifications for high-impact signals, filtered by the thresholds you already set
    • Battle cards cached offline — readable on the way to the meeting, with no connection
    • Bookmark, dismiss or share a signal in a single tap
    • Biometric unlock and full parity with the workspace permission model
